Who are you?
You can read the about us section to find out more. Scallywags Party Supplies is a registered limited company (Company number 7781993) which can be verified at Companies House. We
pride ourselves on our customer service and unique products that we supply.
How quickly will you process my order?
If you select the standard delivery option your order will be packed and despatched within 48 hours, however we will always aim to complete your order before if possible. If you
select the tracked or next day delivery service your order will need to be received before 1pm at Scallywags HQ, to allow your order to be processed, packed and despatched the same
day. Orders received after 1pm will be despatched the following day.
Who do you use to deliver your orders at present?
At present we are using Parcelforce or Royal Mail for UK Mainland delivery and for outside of this area we use various courier services.
Do you deliver to remote areas?
Please contact us before ordering as your delivery charge and timings may vary, but we will
always be happy to help.
Can I track my parcel?
If you have requested delivery via a traceable service, you will be provided with a tracking number which you can track using the courier's website.
Can I place my order by telephone?
Yes of course, we are more than happy to speak to you and take your order over the telephone during office hours. Feel free to give us a call.
Can I return items?
Yes you may, under the following conditions. If you have a return for us, it needs to be notified to us within 14 days and we will provide you with a return's authorisation number. We
will give a full refund of the purchase price at time of ordering provided the item is in a full saleable condition ie in the original packaging and undamaged. We only refund the item
cost not the delivery or return postage.
If I am unhappy with the service you have provided what can I do?
Please do call us if you have any concerns about the service we have provided. We are always here to help and resolve any issues that may arise as quickly and efficiently as possible.
I would like a bespoke party bag, are you able to help?
We will be happy to help. We have a variety of party bag fillers that we can mix and match to suit your needs. Please contact us with your requirements and we'll put something together for you.
Can I add to my order once it has been placed?
